Information you provide to us:

In the course of our work as a charity involved with people, we sometimes require users of the service to provide personal information. i.e.their name, address, phone number, email address, for the sole purpose of sending requested literature and related information, or in the pursuit of the stated charitable aims of the organisation.

We NEVER disclose this personal information to any other organisations, companies or interested parties in any form whatsoever. We will not use this information to send you additional information that you have not requested. We may wish to use certain information for the purposes of mailing those who have requested to be sent regular information, but we will not use your information without your consent. No-one will visit or call on you unless you have requested this.

Security:

This site does not use secure servers. All information submitted is via standard email transmission, and is therefore only as secure as standard email. Once the information arrives at The CASM Website it is handled only by CASM personnel. It is not kept on a machine or database which is accessible to anyone outside the organisation.

Data Protection:

CASM is registered with the Data Protection Registrar, under the Data Protection Act 1998.

Notification of Changes:

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post our updated policy on this website. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify the owners of that information. Information owners will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
